  • Can I view my account information and history online?
    call the office at 856-875-7676 we can send you a copy
  • Where can I send my payments?
  • If I reside in a single family home, when are my association payments due?
    If you live in a single family residence you will be responsible to pay your association dues quarterly. This means four (4) times a year on January, April, July and October. All association dues are to be paid by the 1st of the month. If they are received after the 15th of the month after 5pm a 10% late fee will be assessed to your account.
  • If I reside in a townhome section, when are my association payments due?
    If you live in one of our townhome sections you will be responsible to pay your association dues monthly. All association dues are to be paid by the 1st of the month. If they are received after the 15th of the month after 5pm a 10% late fee will be assessed to your account.
     

Architectural Design Review Committee (ADRC)
  • What is the Architectural Design Review Committe?
    The Architectural Design Review Committee (ADRC) ensures that proposed exterior alterations and/or improvements comply with the objectives set forth in the Covenants and the adopted guidelines herein. This involves regular and systematic review of all applications submitted by residents.
  • What type of changes will need to go through the ADRC process?
    Article IV, Section 4.01 of the Covenants explicitly states that all exterior alterations, permanent or temporary, require the approval of the ADRC. Please view the ADRC Guidelines Booklet for more information.
  • When are the ADRC applications reveiwed by the Board?
    Residents must submit an ADRC application and corresponding paperwork to the Association office at 60 Meetinghouse circle by the 25th of each month by 5pm. The application will then be reviewed by the ADRC Board Members at the following months ADRC meeting.
  • How do I become an ADRC Board Member?
    You can submit a letter of interest and your resume to the Association office at 60 Meetinghouse Circle. Your letter of interest and resume will be presented to the WCPA Board of Trustees who will review and then decide on which residents to appoint to the ADRC for a two (2) year term.
     
    Terms are staggered in order to lend continuity and consistency to the review process. Membership is comprised of no less than three (3) and no more than seven (7) members. Three members need not be members of the Proprietary. This provision enables the Proprietary to appoint qualified professionals whose expertise is beneficial to the design and review process.
